Do coloring books need their own credit?
No. A picture book credit makes one picture book or one coloring book.
What is the difference between a credit and a plan?
A credit pays for one complete book. A monthly plan gives you more books every month plus the formats and tools listed on the plan.
How often can I make a book on the Free plan?
Each account gets one free preview every month: a coloring book or a picture book. It renews on the 1st of each month. For more books, choose a monthly plan or a book credit.
How long are my books saved?
Every book you make is saved to your account in the cloud. On the Free plan, books are saved for 6 months. On Plus, Max and Schools & Organizations, books are saved permanently, until you delete them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a monthly plan from your Account page; there is no contract.
What are marketplace tokens?
Marketplace tokens unlock books that creators list in the StoryMint marketplace. Tokens are no longer sold. You get one for each book you make, the first time you share it. You also keep the tokens readers spend on your listed books. Tokens you already have keep working and can be given to another StoryMint account. They do not replace a book credit.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada, in euros (EUR) in eurozone countries and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else, with the same numbers. This applies to book credits and monthly plans. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount.
