Include the page URL or book title when reporting a problem. For account or billing help, write from the email connected to the account when possible, but never send a password, authentication code, or full payment-card number.

Before sending sensitive information

StoryMint support does not need your password. Do not email secret keys, authentication codes, complete card numbers, or identity documents unless the team has provided a specific secure process for the request.
